Auditor

ChromoGenic’s external auditor is elected annually at the AGM in accordance with the Swedish Companies Act. The auditor reports to the shareholders at general meetings.

Current auditor

PwC Sverige was elected auditor at the AGM on June 21th 2023 for one year, that is, until the end of the 2024 AGM.
