ChromoGenics AB (publ) Rights Issue June - July 2019

ChromoGenics are pioneers within performance glass for facades and has three product lines under the trademark ConverLight:

• Dynamic glass that changes tone depending on the solar radiation
• Static glass with built-in solar control
• Colored solar facades with solar cells

The total facade concept contributes to reduced energy use, architectural design freedom and improved indoor comfort. The offer stock has tripled to 331 MSEK since January. A German production facility is now being acquired to meet the growing demand. The rights issue is carried out to finance the purchase.

Indoor comfort
Block out unwanted sunlight, heat transmittance and UV-radiation while keeping the view.

Design
Full architectural freedom for facades without awnings and blinds.

Energy efficiency
Significantly less need for air conditioning as well as an opportunity to turn the facade into a greentech investment. According to FN, buildings are responsible for almost 40% of all CO2 emissions around the world.

Price
Glasses with integrated solar control are more cost effective than the other alternatives over time.

Subscriptions and warranty commitments
Subscription commitments of approximately 0,7 MSEK and warranty commitments of approximately 74 MSEK have been entered into, which corresponds to approximately 85% of 86,4 MSEK.

Preference rights and subscription rights
Anyone who was registered as a shareholder at the record date June 24th of 2019 has preference rights to subscribe for shares in the Rights Issue and will receive one (1) subscription right for each share held. One (1) subscription right entitles to subscription of one (1) share. In addition, shareholders and other investors are being offered without preferential right to register an interest in subscribing for new shares.
