Allt fler byggnader blir klimatsmarta och \u201cgr\u00f6na hus\u201d samt \u201cgr\u00f6na investeringar\u201d \u00e4r vardagliga uttryck i fastighetsbranschen. Vi p\u00e5 ChromoGenics har granskat EY US:s fallstudie som kvantifierade effekten av ESG-investeringar p\u00e5 fastighetsv\u00e4rden.<\/strong>[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=&#8221;18px&#8221;][vc_custom_heading text=&#8221;Vad \u00e4r ESG?&#8221; use_theme_fonts=&#8221;yes&#8221; el_class=&#8221;fz-28&#8243;][vc_column_text el_class=&#8221;_post_body&#8221;]ESG \u00e4r ett begrepp som rymmer alla h\u00e5llbarhetsfr\u00e5gor som ber\u00f6r f\u00f6retag och organisationer. Det kan handla om alltifr\u00e5n klimatf\u00f6r\u00e4ndringar och m\u00e4nskliga r\u00e4ttigheter till bolagstyrning och h\u00e5llbarhetsredovisning. En gr\u00f6n investering \u00e4r en investering som syftar till att fr\u00e4mja milj\u00f6m\u00e4ssig h\u00e5llbarhet och minska p\u00e5verkan p\u00e5 klimatet. ESG-investeringsstrategin kan omfatta gr\u00f6n investering genom att investerare bed\u00f6mer f\u00f6retags prestationer inom omr\u00e5den som klimatf\u00f6r\u00e4ndringar och milj\u00f6p\u00e5verkan. F\u00f6r att bed\u00f6ma den ekonomiska p\u00e5verkan av h\u00e5llbarhet genomf\u00f6rde Ernst &amp; Young LLP (EY US) under 2022 en hypotetisk fallstudie f\u00f6r att analysera och kvantifiera effekten av ESG p\u00e5 fastighetsv\u00e4rderingar.
