ChromoGenics
Swedish Greentech for Sustainable Real Estate
Meet strict ESG targets with the market’s lowest-carbon dynamic glass – engineered to cut cooling loads, lower operational costs, and elevate indoor comfort.
Decarbonising the
Construction Sector
Global carbon emissions and energy efficiency are critical priorities for modern developers. As climate targets tighten, ConverLight® dynamic glass provides a PropTech solution that bridges the gap between architectural freedom and environmental responsibility.
Delivering the market’s lowest carbon footprint across manufacturing, transport, and installation, ConverLight® dynamic glass addresses the industry’s carbon challenge at its core. Additionally, it blocks solar heat before it enters the building – cutting cooling loads by up to 40% and minimising reliance on energy-intensive HVAC systems.
By lowering both operational energy demand and long-term carbon output, this technology enables property owners to future-proof their assets and transition smoothly towards net-zero.

Made in Sweden.
Laminated Locally.
Traditional dynamic glass relies on shipping heavy, fragile insulated glass units over long distances, resulting in a high carbon footprint. ChromoGenics has rethought the entire supply chain to eliminate this inefficiency.
At our facility in Uppsala, Sweden, an advanced roll-to-roll sputtering process is used to produce the ConverLight® dynamic foil. Instead of shipping heavy glass, compact pallets of this ultra-lightweight film are delivered worldwide, enabling regional glass processors to laminate it into IGUs close to the project site.
This approach combines Swedish innovation with local craftsmanship while drastically reducing transport volume, emissions, and shipping costs – guaranteeing the market’s lowest carbon footprint from factory to installation.
Compliance by Design
Our production and delivery is built entirely around carbon reduction and resource efficiency, with manufacturing processes designed to minimise waste and environmental impact at every stage.
The product line for the ConverLight® Dynamic laminate holds verified Environmental Product Declarations (EPDs) and complies with rigorous international standards for performance and quality.
This certified lifecycle data integrates seamlessly into global green building assessment frameworks, directly supporting projects aiming for top-tier ratings in LEED, BREEAM, WELL, and Miljöbyggnad.
