ChromoGenics receives a break through order in Denmark.
ChromoGenics is proud to receive a break through order in Denmark to deliver dynamic glass to a cultural building on Esplanaden in Copenhagen.
The building was brought up 1873 and was initially hosed by the Royal Archives and the Danish Meteorological Institute. The requirements on the project are quite high as the building must not differ visually after the construction compared to before. The PLH Architects with Jan Borgstøm at the head solved this in a very elegant way. For the four large skylights and the eight openable roof glass the architect chooses our new product ConverLight 75 due to the very high requirements on daylight and comfort.
By this choice the architect avoided any exterior sun protections to get maximal access to daylight but at the same time reduce the needs for cooling and artificial light. The order value is SEK 600 000.
“We are very happy to get a break through order on the Danish market with our new product ConverLight 75 and its unique dynamic and transparent properties”, says CEO Jerker Lundgren.
