“We are pleased to offer modern, flexible and business-friendly offices in the heart of Sundbyberg, Stockholm. All office areas will have the latest technical solutions for optimal comfort and energy savings, including new air condition solutions connected to ChromoGenics’ façade glass for dynamic solar control. The façade will vary to distinguish the large surfaces, while indoor will have a modern design, including sustainable materials with low environmental impact,” says Per Lindfors, Project Manager at Fabege. “ConverLight dynamic glass was chosen due to its flexible architectural design as well as the benefits in terms of energy efficiency and indoor comfort. This is a perfect solution since carbon dioxide footprint and sustainability is on top of our agenda.
